A 33-year-old deputy in Chattanooga, Tenn., identified as Willie Greer was fired and arrested last Thursday after he allegedly forced oral sex on a woman during a traffic stop.
According
to report, Willie asked the woman to pull over for speeding, told her she was going to jail, made her get out of the car and put handcuffs on her. He later uncuffed her and made her follow him to a remote area where he handcuffed her again. He was said to have put her in the patrol car and forced her to perform oral sex on him.
The victim said he offered her fruit punch from a Wendy's cup which she took and drove away.
Employees at a Wendy's told police that a man identified as Greer ordered fruit punch from the drive-thru window earlier that evening.
Speaking to authorities, Greer admitted having sex with the lady but claimed it was consensual.
He was charged with aggravated rape and with conduct unbecoming an officer.
He was released on $50,000 bond Friday.
